Ascorbic Acid functions as an antioxidant and is a nutrient your body needs to fight colds, flu’s, inflammation and most illnesses.
Vitamin B9, is a water-soluble vitamin naturally found in food as tetrahydrofolate derivatives. Folate combines with zinc to assist in increasing male sperm counts.
Because of its antioxidant properties, D-alpha tocopherol acid succinate (vitamin E) is essential to health. Vitamin E benefits many aspects of health and has been shown to support skin and hair health, and promote healthy vision. It also protects your cells against oxidative damage, keeps your immune system running and helps prevent disease.
Also known as L-carnitine, is a naturally occurring amino acid that the body produces. L-carnitine plays a critical role in energy production.
Magnesium is an important mineral, playing a role in over 300 enzyme reactions in the human body. Its many functions include helping with muscle and bones, regulating stress, and supporting the immune system.
Selenium is a trace mineral derived from soil and found in foods. Selenium is an essential micronutrient and is included in enzymes (Selenoproteins) in the body, which regulate immunity and helps produce healthy sperm.
Vitis Vinifera is the official name for grape seed extract, which is used in cosmetics and personal care products because of its natural antioxidant properties and supports a healthy immune system.
Withania Somnifera (Ashwagandha) is considered an “adaptogen herb”. These are considered to help the body adapt to stress and to exert a normalising effect upon bodily processes. It is commonly used as an anxiolytic, or a substance that helps manage symptoms of mild anxiety.
Zinc is an essential trace element for all living organisms. There are different forms of zinc, with zinc gluconate being the most common. Zinc is found in every cell in the human body and is required for the activity of about 100 enzymes including assisting in producing healthy male sperm.

Why our advanced formula specifically contains these ingredients
Ashwagandha KSM-66 (Withania Somnifera)
KSM-66 Ashwagandha is a branded, full-spectrum extract, with the highest concentration of all major root only extracts available on the market today. It is produced using a unique proprietary extraction process, based on “Green Chemistry” principles, without using alcohol or any other chemical solvent.
In many clinical trials KSM-66 Ashwagandha has been clinically proven to:
– Improve sexual function in both men and women, and testosterone in men
– Reduce stress and enhance quality of sleep
– Increase endurance and strength
Ashwagandha Helps to reduce stress, improve sperm count, motility and morphology.
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)
Ascorbic acid is a naturally occurring free radical scavenger helps negate the effects of oxidative stress so prevalent in today’s society.
Free radicals damage cells, including the cells that create sperm. While oxidative stress may not affect sperm count, the damage affects the quality of the sperm. Supplementation with antioxidants such as ascorbic acid shows an increase in sperm quality which results in healthier sperm.
Calcium Folinate (Folinic Acid)
An activated form of Folate, it has been researched to be superior and more absorbable than common folic acid. Folate is proven to help maintain sperm development and maturation.
Grape Seed Extract (Vitis Vinifera)
According to research, defective sperm function has been identified as the most common cause of infertility. It has been found that factors such as obesity, inflammation, pollutants and cigarette smoking are negatively correlated with spermatogenesis. Increased levels of ROS triggered by inflammatory cells and oxidation of fatty acid in obese subjects has been found to moderate antioxidant mechanism resulting in oxidative stress. Evaluation of such oxidative stress is the first step in the treatment of male infertility through the administration of suitable antioxidants.
Grape seed extract has been found to increase sperm count, viability and sperm motility in a study in which testicular dysfunction was induced by aluminium chloride. Similarly, it protected the sperm cell against DNA damage.
Levocarnitine
Levocarnitine has been shown to support energy and libido. Also, studies have shown that sperm quality and function is enhanced with a regular intake of carnitine and acetyl carnitine as it acts to safeguard the sperm and cell membrane against ROS-induced DNA fragmentation and apoptosis.
Magnesium amino acid chelate (Magnesium)
A bioavailable source of Magnesium, relieves stress to maintain healthy sperm production and motility. Maintaining optimal magnesium levels is one way to prevent stress from taking over and wreaking havoc on your body’s natural balance which is essential for a healthy and functioning reproductive system.
A recent study has also found that magnesium is vital for spermatogenesis (the production of sperm) and sperm motility.
Selenium (Selenomethionine)
Selenium is considered to be beneficial for male fertility, as a diet high in selenium can improve sperm quality. Research has shown that fertile men have a higher amount of selenium in their body and blood than infertile men.
Zinc Amino Acid Chelate (Zinc)
Studies indicate the importance of zinc in particular to male health affecting germination, quality of sperm and fertilization. Zinc helps balance testosterone, ensures the health of the prostate gland and acts as an antibacterial agent in the urea system. It also plays a role in epithelial integrity thereby maintaining the lining of the reproductive organs
Studies have concluded that a deficiency in Zinc hinders spermatogenesis and is a reason for sperm abnormalities and has a negative effect on serum testosterone concentration.
d-alpha-tocopherol (Vitamin E)
The most active form of Vitamin E, is essential for healthy fertility due to its antioxidant properties. Combined with Selenium, it helps improve sperm health and motility.
