There is some clinical evidence of these effects (1). Researchers have concluded that Thymus Vulgaris has a strong anti-microbial effect (2). A recent study has concluded that Thymus Vulgaris oil formulation can be proposed as a possible spasmolytic and antispastic tool in medicine (3). Studies have found Thymus Vulgaris to exhibit antimicrobial, antioxidant, anticarcinogenesis, anti-inflammatory, and antispasmodic activities, as well as a potential as a growth enhancer and immunomodulator (4).

As per TGA guidelines, an adult dose is suitable for individuals 18 years and older.
How should I store my vitamins and supplements?
We recommend referring to the label for safe storage guidance. In general, with any supplement, it is always recommend that you store them at an average room temperature of 25°C and you must not store them in direct sunlight or near heat.
