The main chemical components of peppermint oil are menthol and menthone and can be used as a remedy for a variety of conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), nausea and other digestive issues.
Chamomile extracts are used to make chamomile capsules, which are often used to treat anxiety and sleep issues. Chamomile tea is also a popular way to enjoy the plant’s calming effects.

What does UMF 20+ mean?
Manuka Honey is widely known for its natural anti-bacterial properties. This level of Anti-bacterial activity is always measured in units. One of those measuring units is UMF. UMF stands for the Unique Manuka Factor. The higher the number, the more anti-bacterial activity the Honey possesses. It is equivalent to 829 MGO, the more common measuring unit for Manuka Honey.

As Propolis contains pollen particles, it should be avoided if you have an allergy to pollen or bees.
