Where are Ultra Nature products manufactured?
All our products are proudly formulated and manufactured in Australia in TGA-Approved, GMP-Certified Facilities, this means that all our products are manufactured under strict guidelines, to ensure that you get a high quality product.
Are all Ultra Nature Products TGA Approved?
Ultra Nature Products are Approved by the TGA where required, and, if so, carry an Aust L number on front of the product packaging.
The only product in our range that is not TGA approved is the Ultra Nature Propolis and Manuka Honey Oral Spray.
This product is classified as a food supplement due to the Manuka Honey Content, hence it does not require TGA Approval.
Where can I buy Ultra Nature products?
Ultra Nature products are available in many pharmacies and health food stores around Australia. For your convenience, you can also shop online right here at ultranature.com.au
What age group is suitable to consume an adult dose?
As per TGA guidelines, an adult dose is suitable for individuals 18 years and older.
How should I store my vitamins and supplements?
We recommend referring to the label for safe storage guidance. In general, with any supplement, it is always recommend that you store them at an average room temperature of 25°C and you must not store them in direct sunlight or near heat.
Can I take Ultra Nature products if I have a medical condition or take medication?
We recommend consulting your primary health care professional before using any supplements if you are already taking other medications.
Where does Ultra Nature source its ingredients from?
Because we are committed to only using premium quality ingredients in all our products, we source our ingredients from all around the world.
Should I take my supplement with a meal?
Some dietary supplements are best taken with a meal, while others are best taken on an empty stomach.
Each and every Ultra Nature Product has specific instructions regarding dosage and usage detailed on the pack. It is recommended to follow these instructions closely.
Can I take vitamins and dietary supplements after the used by date?
We highly recommend that any of our products be consumed within the time period stipulated on the packaging to ensure the most efficacy.
Shop online
Do you accept back orders for out of stock products?
We currently do not have a back order system in place. If an item is out of stock, it will be displayed as unavailable on our website. If the item you are after is available, you will be able to add it to your shopping cart.
What are the expiry dates on the products sold online?
All products sold on ultranature.com.au have expiry dates of between 6 months to 3 years to give you a suitable amount of time to use them.
As the system is automated, we are unable to select items with a longer expiry date.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Sorry, we currently do not accept orders over the phone. If you need any assistance completing your order please email orders@ultranature.com.au.
Alternatively, if you are a pharmacy and have a wholesale account, all our products are available through the API portal (discounts apply).
Are there restrictions on how many items I can purchase?
The only limit we have in place is a transaction limit of $1,500 per order on all orders.

Shipping
How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped to you via Australia Post. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).
Once your order has been collected from our warehouse, you should receive an email from Australia Post confirming that the order is on its way and will provide you with the tracking number.
You can use this number to track your order on the Australia Post website
What are your domestic shipping options and costs?
For any purchases over AU$100, shipping is free in Australia. For purchases under AU$100, a flat rate delivery fee of AU$8.95 applies for standard shipping.
Most orders are delivered within 3-10 working days from the date we ship your order (depending on where you live in Australia).
How can I track my order once it's shipped?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details, including your order number. Keep this handy when making any enquiries on your package. Please go to https://m.auspost.com.au/view/tracking to track your order. You will receive a separate email from Australia Post when your order has been collected from our warehouse. This email will contain a link where you can track your parcel online. Once your order is in the hands of Australia post, they are best placed to assist you with any tracking related queries.

Where do you ship to?
Currently we ship everywhere within Australia.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Every effort is made to ensure orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney and your order can take between 3-7 business days to arrive; sometimes it is faster and on occasion a bit longer depending on your final destination.
I haven’t received my order within the specified timeframe. What do I do?
If your order does not arrive within the estimated time frame please contact our online sales support at: orders@ultranature.com.au, quoting your order number and your tracking number if you have it handy. Alternatively you can track your item using the Australia Post tracking tool at https://m.auspost.com.au/view/tracking
I know I’m not going to be home to sign for my order. What can I do?
We can also ship to post office boxes or parcel lockers, if you are signed up for one. If you are not at home to receive your parcel, a card will be left so that you can pick it up from your closest post office. If you know you will not be home to receive the parcel, you may authorise Australia Post to leave the parcel at your home by ticking the “Authority to Leave” option at checkout. It is only recommended to select the authority to leave option if you believe it is a secure environment for the item to be left unattended.
